    Wish I would have known

    Me an my husband had an accident back in September of 2014 it is now July of 2015 damn near a year after my accident, we started with Jose, well I didn't get much out of him, but then my case was sent to Robin Lynn, who isn't any better, although I went to the hospital an my husband didn't he received his check in about 6 months but after my case has been settled for about 2 months now after fighting the hospital ok understandable, but where in hell does it take 2 months to proses a check, she has never called me to keep me informed or updated or for even saying sorry for the long wait, I have been told the whole month of July it will be ready next week next week next week I'm now being told I can pick it up tomorrow around 3 which I was also told that yesterday an Tuesday it seems like everyone likes to dick around, I can promise that I will never recommend longcar to anyone an I will never be using them again! This is a poor way to run a business an if I do not have what is mine soon, I will be getting my family attorney to sue this one it's ridiculous the way the treat their clients

    Never again!!!

    I had a wreck in January 2015 they stared it will be 6 months until my case would be complete. I had Jose at first which was no help them they gave me Tony which was even worse he stated they provided him with a settlement which he never provided me with the amount. Then he stated he sent a counter offer . After he sent a counter offer 3 weeks later came back and said they were transferring me to another lawyer. I will never recommended Brian Loncar to anyone. They are no good...

    Find Another Law Firm!!

    I had my accident back in May 2014 it is now April 2015 and I have yet to get a settlement on my case. I had Jose at first and he NEVER contacted me or kept me informed on what was going on. Then I was finally offered an amount that WON'T even cover my medical bills...on top of that my daughter was in the car as well. So they want me to settle walking away with NOTHING and I told them im not going to do that.
    My case was then assigned to Robin and David S and they aren't any better then Jose because unless I call them I NEVER hear from them and now they are asking me to settle AGAIN for the previous amount and I told them NNNOOOO!!! Robin then stated well we were trying to keep it out of court..oh well if going to court is what it is going to take for me to be able to walk away with something for myself as well as my child let's get it started.

    worst company ever

    I had my wreck back in October and I was told that my case should be completed no later than March well it April. I have not spoken to the person over my case since January she is always on the phone or busy in court. EVERYDAY???? When I ask to speak to someone else they are all always gone to court. I told them that I wanted to remove my case since I wasn't getting any help and miraculously someone was in the office. However they came up with a bunch of bullcrap. I asked what they were waiting on and she said medical records and bills I told her they were sent over in February and she sifted through paperwork and she found my information. My daughter had to have surgery so she is blaming that on why it is taking so long. Again the wreck happen in October and it is April and she is fine. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER GO TO BRIAN LONCAR THEY ARE THE WORST LAWYERS.

    VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

    I WAS INJURED JAN 23 2013 ITS NOW APRIL 6TH 2015. BRANDI WAS HANDLING MY CASE IN THE BEGINNING SHE WAS A LOT BETTER THEN THE PERSON I HAVE NOW (ROBIN) IN THE BEGINNING I THOUGH SHE WAS BAD UNTIL I REALIZED I HAD SOMEONE WORSE . MY CASE HAS BEEN SETTLED FOR A LITTLE OF NOTHING BASICALLY JUST MY LOST WAGES. I ACCEPTED MARCH 16TH BECAUSE I'M JUST READY FOR THIS TO BE OVER. AFTER ACCEPTING WHAT WAS OFFERED I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CHECK THAT NEXT WEEK. I CALLED THE NEXT AND THEY SAID OH SORRY IT WILL BE NEXT WEEK. SO FAR THAT'S ALL I'VE BEEN HEARING FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS NOW. SO LAST WEEK I CALLED ON A THURSDAY THEY TELL ME I WOULD RECEIVE THE CHECK THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS GOOD FRIDAY AND IF I DIDN'T GET A CALL FROM THEM THAT FRIDAY TO CALL BACK MONDAY MORNING. SO I CALLED THIS MORNING (APRIL 6TH) DAVID STONE THEN TELLS ME THE CHECK STILL NOT READY THAT IT MIGHT BE READY AROUND 3PM OR FOR ME TO CALL BACK TOMORROW MORNING. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO USE THEM. I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY CHECK

    Worst Experience Ever!!!!

    I will never use Brian Loncar again!! I had an accident roughly 10 months ago. The staff never sent updates and I don't know what's going on with my case. I called several times for months and was continually provided the same update. Eventually I spoke with a supervisor who made excuses for the lack of response. To date, I only know that there isn't enough money to even cover my medical expenses...

    If you're considering using Brian Loncar, you might want to think again.

    Worst choice I ever made when I chose this firm

    First I could never get a return call then I recieved a message saying I had a appointment with the attorney ( finally I get face time to answer my questions) ... But no not at all, I called to confirm appointment before taking time off work and to my surprise ( not really) they told me my name was a common name and it was a mistake. Then I get a call from one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, she treated me like I was a criminal. To top it off she said I did not fax paperwork they were dropping my case... I explained I had fax confirmation but she continued to be rude and talk to me terribly. She ultimately said she it doesn't matter we are withdrawing! Wow no return calls from them... Set up appointment and called wrong person... Never scheduled my surgery and they drop me over the fax they say they didn't recieve
