Outcome: Prevailed at Trial Court and in Subsequent Appeal

Description: Originally beginning as a child support enforcement matter, and then later as an original paternity case, we were able to successfully employ a strategy to avoid any liability being imposed upon our client. Multiple counties and states were involved, we successfully obtained a bill of review vacating a prior order, and after winning at trial successfully prevailed before the appellate court .
