Client Review: Mr. Waage is one if not the best bankruptcy lawyer in the North Texas area. He cares for his clients and he does not judge them. I will defintely recommend Mr. Waage to anyone who is thinking about filing for bankruptcy.

Client Review: I have known Merv Waage for a good number of years. He is Board Certified in bankruptcy, but he is more than that. He is knowledgeable and fluid in the way he analyzes cases. He is a leader in the bankruptcy bar. He has a great manner that allows him to relate to clients in financial difficulties. Truly one of the best.

Client Review: Merv is very knowledgeable in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He has kept up with the new laws that Congress passed back in October 2005 that has kept potential clients from filing . Merv assured me multiple times that the Trustee and Judge would grant me a discharge.
