I was considering initiating a case against a local hospital for medical negligence in the death of my husband when I contacted Mr. Brooks. He met with me and together we decided that my case would be difficult to prove. Mr. Brooks took the time to actually meet with me when others simply dismissed my request by sending me the form letter to inform me that they wouldn't be taking my case. I believe he gave the information I presented him ample consideration. He expressed sincere condolences and presented me with other options in a very kind way considering my still "raw" emotional state. Gary was so helpful with my son's case. He worked hard for almost 12 years before the other side finally settled out of court. He is currently helping settle my son's estate & is getting it done quickly. I would recommend Gary to anyone needing legal assistance for malpractice.
