Ms. Gattis was very patience with me. I had never been in a court of law before, She was very ensuring that I would be fine in the hearing. Tammy listened to me and explained why my thought was good or bad. In the last hearing she protected me from my ex-husband by keeping me in an office until the judge came into court room. Thank-you Tammy.
I highly recommend Tammy Gattis for legal representation in divorce and child custody cases. She will fight for what is most important to you, which in my case was full legal custody of my children. She works extremely hard and is dedicated to winning for you. She cares about her clients and their families, and knows exactly what legal actions are necessary to ensure you get what is best for you and your children. Tammy is a wonderful mother herself, and understands the value of love and stability children need within the home at all times, and especially while transitioning through divorce. She is truly worth EVERY PENNY!
Tammy was hired after my first attorney dropped the ball in the middle of my divorce. Tammy was able to pick up the pieces and make things happen quickly and to my advantage. She had excellent knowledge of the law and our court system and sound common sense in her recommendations. She seemed to know what the judge would accept and how we needed to proceed with my case. The results were a favorable outcome in spite of a very tough opponent.
Returned phone calls, prepared for court, great job in court. Best attribute is that she is reasonable and gets the job done. Things did not drag on. With Ms. Gattis, you get a statement each month showing what she did and how much it cost. Great staff.
Hiring Ms. Gattis was a total waste of money. Long story short...During the consultation she spoke of things that she would do as far as research and preparing for court. She did not keep in touch with me at all. I was new to the whole process and was told if I called, emailed, or got in contact with her in any way that I would be billed at $200/hr. Well I never called her and as i said she did't call me. I assumed she was working on my case...but she wasnt. Day of court my file was much larger than hers. She had 3 pieces of paper total in her file. She asked me a few questions before going in to court and that info that I gave her was the info she tried to use in the hearing. She had not prepared for my case at all. She had not opened my file till the morning of court. I was an embarrassed and angry at the same time. Wish someone would have posted a review form me to read before spending $2500. I have nothing to show for the money I paid.
