About me

When a client hires me, he or she should stop losing sleep at night, knowing that I am watching out for their legal interests.  Since I started practice in 2006, I have handled more than a thousand cases, and have forged a reputation based on honesty, sincerity, and hard work.

I adhere to a firm belief that an attorney should always put his client's needs ahead of his own, and that the client deserves to know what is going on in his/her case at all times, even if its not always what the client wants to hear.  Only by being honest, and tackling tough lssues head-on can we forge ahead to reach the client's goals.

If you have a family law, criminal defense, or personal injury issue, give me a call, and let me do the worrying for you.

  • Stefan Kane McBride

My only hesitation in recommending James is that it makes it more likely that I might face him as opposing counsel. He's smart and does careful work.
