I paid $1000 up front to have the deed cleared and corrected on the house built in 1975 on land deeded by mother in law. Abstract/Notary Clyde Lyons prepared and filed deed which is not valid. He put St Paul Title insurance on all the papers, FmHa okayed 30 yr mortgage. I am told by the current abstract office I do not own anything no court records back up Tim's verbal assurance everything was corrected. Now he has relocated to Texas, new life no Dooley shadow his life is good. I worked 12 to 14 hours a day to pay house, taxes,insurance and $65,000 life insurance money to renew the place I would live without problems.
