Mark Reinhard Schmid

Mark Reinhard Schmid was hired to represent me in a Kansas Workman's Compensation case that arose from an injury at my work place in 2002. If I had done my homework, I would have seen the RED FLAGS flying high! It didn't take long for no return phone calls, or the calls to come from the secretaries,... D. and A.R.. I have letters with dates of Kansas hearings, but records from the State of Kansas say there were never any hearings scheduled! I have so much information on him and his then Law Partner, James Michael Roswold, of the former law firm of SCHMID & ROSWOLD, P.C. Mark Schmid lied to me, lied to my Power of Attorney and other client/victims such as myself. Mark Schmid missed the statute of limitations on my case and failed to inform me, instead he led me on, making excuses and telling me I had hearings but they were rescheduled, or I didn't have to be there, etc. He misled several of his clients for at least 6 years, based on Kansas Supreme Court Records (our names are not specifically mentioned in the proceedings, however I was contacted personally by M.L.M, Disciplinary Investigator from the Kansas Office of the Disciplinary Administrator) (those are found under James Michael Roswold's Kansas Supreme Court Disciplinary case # 105,257) It is proven in case records from Missouri and Kansas Supreme Court Disciplinary Council forums, however feel free to research the public records yourself. I was never, nor have I ever been never notified by Mark R. Schmid of a legal or a health problem. He knew what I was going through, yet he continued to play with my emotions and only exacerbated symptoms that arose from my initial injury. I'm sure his other clients will agree. Since he got into a predicament over his head and couldn't figure a way out, I believe he wants to pretend to be a victim of mental infirmity to try and save himself. Because of his egregious actions, an additional 5 attorneys have been involved in my case, not including the opposing lawyers and have still been unable to see a medical professional for my initial injury since my last surgery in 2005!!
