Attending a seminar was a great preparation for initial meeting! Having paperwork completed beforehand also helped. As we discussed ways to established a trust, Paul offered good, solid explanations and reasons for certain decisions. The whole process was painless and has helped me have a better grasp on what will happen to my estate after I’m dead.

We started with an informative meeting with Paul Gantner about estate planning in general and to discuss our specific needs. Later we met again to discuss the details of our plan and to specify all of the things that will happen when our plan is executed. Now that we have met one more time to sign our plan, we can leave assured that our family will know our wishes and our child will be cared for in the event of our death.

We would highly recommend Purcell and Amen to anyone. They are an excellent law firm to deal with. Before we went to see them we were unsure how to handle our situation. Their entire staff was very knowledgeable. We know we would have made all the wrong decisions without their help. Their guidance was excellent. Margaret was a delight to work with on Medicaid. We follow their advice step by step and everything worked out perfect. If we had questions along the way in our process they always called us back with the answers.

Very pleasant experience. Explained in detail what a living trust would do for me. At the meeting explaining the trust, there was no rush. Mr. Gantner thoroughly explained every page in a way that when you left, you completely understood the language of the trust.

I recently decided to move to VA to be near my daughter. I contacted my trust attorney in order to make a few changes to my trust concerning my choice of a different successor trustee. Luckily, Mr. Gantner thought of other documents that I should change at the same time. I am most grateful for his thoughtful and experienced handling of my legal needs.

Paul Gantner worked with my mother and me to finalize an amendment to my mother's trust documents. All went very well concerning our interations - all the changes were prepared as we had requested and our meeting was efficient and pleasant.

Paul has been tremendous to work with. I used him to restructure both my mother's and mother in law's living trusts. He was very responsive in performing the tasks and was very good at explaining things that we had to do to get the revised trusts in compliance and funded. On follow up questions, he is prompt at responding to and actually checks back in an unsolicited manner, almost unheard of these days. We are very pleased with the support and direction that Paul and his law firm have provided to us and would recommend their services to anyone who is searching for elder law attorney services.
