Brian and his legal team were the best council one could receive. They always returned my calls with prompt helpful responses. They went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and help me through my legal proceedings. They are exemplary people and incredible attorneys. I would recommend this law firm for any issue one might be having. Complete 10/10. Hands down the most professional people I have ever worked with.

I have never dealt with a company or firm with the professionalism and care that Brian gave my son and I. This case was against a big insurance company and was very complex. Brian and his team weren't intimidated in the least and won the case in a very short amount of time. I called his office many times and never once was I put on hold or asked to leave a message. He even took my call while in the process of boarding a plane at the airport. This kind of dedication and honesty are very rare. If you are in need of a lawyer don't hesitate to call him, the consult is free and I don't believe there is anyone better.

Caring, concise, and in control. I was a complete mess after being sold an item for a large sum of money that the person knew was damaged. I didn't know what to do until Brian came to the rescue! He put my mind at ease and handled everything perfectly. It all turned out better than I ever expected. I definitely recommend Brian Wendler a million times over. Simply put he is amazing!

In the early 90's I sustained a serious knee injury requiring extensive surgery and rehabilitation. I was working nights as a janitor to pay for my education, when abruptly the company that I worked for made claim that they were not responsible for the injuries sustained as a direct, and when that claim was unfounded they claimed I had a pre-existing injury. I will not name the company that I worked for, nor will I mention the company which was ultimately held responsible.......but suffice it to say this was a big money battle, and Mr. Wendler was the underdog. Mr. Wendler was very thoughtful, concise and down to earth with his handling of my matters. Brian M. Wendler made me believe that there are actually decent, honest and trustworthy people out there that are willing to fight the "big establishment money" and stand up for the little guy. If you need an attorney check with Brian M. Wendler FIRST! If Mr. Wendler can't help with your current legal needs.........LISTEN TO HIS RECOMENDATION FOR ANOTHER LAWYER !

Brian Wendler represented me in an injury law suit. His work was extremely diligent and I always felt like I had a true professional in my corner. His presence on the case warranted extra attention by the opposing attorneys and put them on the defensive. He did an excellent job and negotiated a excellent settlement in my case.

Brian Wendler handled a personal injury lawsuit for me and got what I would describe as very positive results. He also has advised on defammation and work comp issues. I would describe Brian's approach as very personable, very knowledgeable, yet fearless and very professional.
