Description: IBM copied Norfin's patented construction of a high-speed office copier and introduced it on the Series III copier; we took over the case shortly before first jury trial, on validity, infringement, and willfulness; damages jury found $7.5 MM damages from start of IBM's leasing of the copiers; liability was affirmed on appeal to the 10th Circuit Court; case then was settled.
