The thing that separates Atty. Maricar from other lawyers is that she treats you like her own sister or brother. And she won't charge you for that. Here in America, that is a very big deal. Everything here comes with a price and for me, utmost concern and care should be the most expensive service anyone can charge his or her client and she's just giving it out for free.

When I walked in Mrs. Crost’s office I was hopeless. I went to two different lawyers that told me game over…there is nothing we can do. I applied trough my husband which is a US citizen, but he got in trouble and we could not attend the 2nd interview for I485(after being in pending for over 5 years from the first one)…I was denied and thrown in deportation proceedings….that’s when she picked up my pieces and put them together. Atty. Crost processed my Tourist/Visitor Visa to a Working Visa which allowed me to petition my wife and my son as dependents .We were subsequently granted an Immigrant Visa, which Atty. Crost handled professionally from 2000 to 2007. This year we will be processing our US citizenship. She and her staff are very knowledgeable in the field of immigration, making our immigration dream come true. When I had my H1 b renewal her firm had me paid in full payment immediately but their service is very slow. They waited for the last day of the deadline before they submitted my documents to USCIS. Her service fees are also expensive.

She is a very caring and compassionate lawyer who does not just gives expert advice but also shows genuine concern for her clients and those who ask for her help. She makes sure that her clients know where they stand and gives them constant updates regarding the status of their cases. Her knowledge and experience in immigration law have kept many families together!
