Leon I. Finkel

Since the beginning of my divorce proceedings in 2003, through a 20 day trial in 2006, and an appeal in 2008, Leon has been an outstanding advocate for me. We won the 20 day trial against Marc Janser at Peterson & Houpt with a 50 page trial court decision in 2006. My former husband, now a partner... at Baker & McKenzie then hired Jim Feldman at Jenner & Block. for an appeal. At the end of July 2008, the appellate court handed down a 50 page decision which basically affirmed the trial court's decision. I hope that if you are reading this, you never have to go to such extremes. But if you do.... Leon is an superb negotiator as well as a litigator. He was always very professional. But wait, there's more! There are still post decrees issues that have not been resolved and Leon is still in my corner.

How do I count the ways....my divorce [which is still ongoing] has consisted of hearings for everthing under the sun, also a 20 day trial ...and through it all Leon worked so hard. We won the trial!!! He is brilliant, knows how to handle the most difficult and emotional parts of a nasty divorce.....L...eon and his firm are always professional and responsive. This divorce started in 2003 and we are still working together; meanwhile the ex has been through [at the time of this writing] four different law firms!
