Mr. Cafferelli was very professional, yet friendly on our first meeting. He listened to me and asked questions, then explained how things would work in my case. Even though my case probably wasn't that big of a deal for him, he never treated me like it was frivolous. If you are looking for a great attorney, then this is the fellow to see.

Mr. Caffarelli kept me informed about everything. Any time I called or emailed him I always received a response that day or the next. I would go back to him if I needed a lawyer again. The staff was also wonderful. Everybody was so nice and explained everyting to me so I could understand it. I was so nervous and they all & Mr. Caffarelli made me feel comfortable. I can't thank them enough for what they did.

Alex helped me at my most desperate time,when I was so scared to trust a lawyer; specially being anew comer in Chicago with no relatives,I didn't know where and who to go to for legal help.He was always ready to answer my questions and offer legal advise.Everyone in his firm had been very helpful to me.Alex represented me very well and my case had a favorable outcome.In fact I would recommend anyone who needs legal representation concerning employment contracts to go to him.

Until i met Alex i thought it was normal to have to make 3 phone calls to ask a question that was 1/2 answered!
Every call i made he took and answered every question i had. He even called me or e-mailed me with updates every step of the way.
Not only was alex extremely helpful, the rest of his staff were just as plesant to work with.
I have and will continue to recomend him and his firm to everyone i know.
Personally i think he deserves more than 5 stars and i'm not one to boast about someone that does a job that hes paid to do!!
