I have over 15 years of experience practicing law, and have spent the last 10 focusing my practice on management-side employment law. I work closely with clients to provide advice and counseling to avoid problems, but also handle litigation and agency actions when necessary.

I am an MSBA Certified Labor and Employment Specialist.

My clients are in a variety of industries, and range in size from publicly traded corporations with thousands of employees down to small businesses with 10 or less employees. But regardless of size, all of my clients receive timely, thoughtful and practical advice and representation.

I strongly believe that the best time to defend a lawsuit is before it begins, but unfortunately, not all claims can be prevented. I have a national litigation practice, and have represented clients in several jurisdictions before federal and state courts, and various state and federal agencies.
