EXPERIENCED

My background is truly unique. During law school, I was a law clerk for a federal district court judge.  I was on the National Mock Trial team and completed the Attorney General clinical program.  After graduating from Boston College Law School, I became a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I worked in several states conducting a variety of criminal investigations. After my career as a Special Agent, I was an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney and then an Assistant United States Attorney.  I am now a highly regarded managing criminal defense and DWI lawyer for Sabby & Reyes Law Offices.

I founded Sabby & Reyes Law Offices to protect the rights of individuals accused in criminal matters. My practice focuses primarily on Federal and State Criminal Defense and DWI/DUI Defense. I represent clients charged in Federal and State Courts through all stages of the criminal process, commencing with investigations and following through trial. I have extensive trial experience ranging from traffic matters to serious DWI charges to complex state and federal cases, including murders and federal white collar cases.

My experience provides me with the ability to analyze every case with the background knowledge of law enforcement, prosecution and criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts. I have successfully tried hundreds of cases. I have argued before the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
