Mr Kewley only took my divorce case because my ex and I had everything supposedly all figured out. Instead of looking out for my best interest and helping me, he took the money and ran. I still owe him for closing costs, and now have to pay a different lawyer to straighten out all Rich's lack of help. The whole divorce, I met with Rich for the final consultation and then at the closing.Everythin inbetween was handled over the phone. Now because of inproper consultation (me not being a lawyer and not knowing better), I have been denied visitation, daycare has precedence over my visitation, and instead of paying 17% in child support, I pay roughly 34% for one childe. After consultation with a differnet lawyer, I have beenn told that due to the final divorce stipulation, there is no way to enforce her denial of visitation. Now I'm way in debt, homeless, and without seeing my son. Just Wonderfull!
