Mark is a fearless and tireless advocate for his clients. I know of very few lawyers who put the kind of time and effort into their cases that he does. I refer things to him frequently - both federal and state matters. Mark fights like hell to make sure his clients get a vigorous defense. And, unlike many defense lawyers, Mark has a lot of trials - what that means is that he spends the time to look for issues and develop unique defenses. It also means that Mark isn't scared to argue in front of a judge or jury. Believe me when I say that plenty of people do not have the level of confidence or intelligence to think on their feet and handle complex litigation and criminal defense like Mark does.
