Mark is a fearless and tireless advocate for his clients. I know of very few lawyers who put the kind of time and effort into their cases that he does. I refer things to him frequently - both federal and state matters. Mark fights like hell to make sure his clients get a vigorous defense. And, unlike many defense lawyers, Mark has a lot of trials - what that means is that he spends the time to look for issues and develop unique defenses. It also means that Mark isn't scared to argue in front of a judge or jury. Believe me when I say that plenty of people do not have the level of confidence or intelligence to think on their feet and handle complex litigation and criminal defense like Mark does.

Mark is an excellent criminal defense lawyer. He has obtained outstanding results in both federal and state trial and appellate courts. I routinely consult with him on complex legal issues, and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone facing serious criminal charges.
