We knew in the beginning that it was not going to be an easy case. From the very beginning Mr. Lombardi explained to us what we should expect in terms of time, reaction from the other parties, and feelings that we would most likely have to come to terms with. Good news or bad news, he spoke directly and honestly with us at all times. There were no unrealistic expectations. Mr. Lombardi let us vent our frustrations, have our melt downs - he knew (and warned us) that we would have them. His staff was good about calling to update us when there were updates to be had. They were friendly and helped us along quite a bit.
