A graduate of University of Michigan Law School, I started my career as a lawyer with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. I returned to the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area in 1958 and have practiced here ever since, being for the past 30 years a partner in the law firm, Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C.
While I have broad experiences in many areas, including several years as Ypsilanti Township Attorney, my main areas of law have been representing folks in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. In recent years, my practice has concentrated primarily on obtaining Social Security Disability and SSI benefits.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
