Ted went above and beyond to help my husband and I figure out our situation with our bankruptcy. He was very professional and did what he needed to do to achieve the end result which was to close our bankruptcy for good so they did not try to take our home. He did just that and throughout the entire process made it stress free.
Very helpful and informative. Always helped us out with any concerns. Promptly retuned calls and made us feel like we were his only clients.
I would 100% recommend to family and friends.
He told me exactly what to expect, what will happen, and made me feel very comfortable. He reassured me that there weren't any dumb questions and answered all my questions. The staff in his office is very kind, friendly and personable. Should I require legal representation again I would contact Mr. Badr.
Ted and his firm gave us very good direction as we compemplated and carried out the tedious task of our filing and has stayed on top of things and kept us from unnecessary extra time and effort. Got the paperwork in order and represented us well.
I talked to several other lawyers when I was considering bankruptcy; they all told me that I would lose my house. Omar fought for my family to be able to keep our home, even when things looked bad he discussed the options with me and planned for both possible outcomes. If things didn’t go exactly as planned he wanted to lessen the blow with an alternate plan. In the end things went as we hoped and my family was able to keep their home. I felt like Omar was invested in the outcome of my case, he was cautious and detail oriented when handling things and I really appreciated that. He answered all of my questions and made sure that i understood everything before we went to court, I was still nervous but not nearly as much as I could have been if he hadn’t explained it all to me.
I was reluctant to file bankruptcy, and I had a notion that it was this terrible process and a shameful thing to do. It was something that I had never planned to do but it was the only option I had to save my house. Sometimes things in life are out of your control, my health is poor and my income has been affected by it. At the same time I had worked so hard to buy my house, make all those repairs, and make it home for my children. I didn’t think that it was right that we lost it because I needed extra time to make the payments, it didn’t seem fair to me. As I went through this process I learned that Bankruptcy is a really powerful tool and it levels the playing field for people who have lost income and need some extra time. You don’t have to lose what you have worked for.
I would recommend Omar to anyone who is considering filing bankruptcy; you will be in good hands. I can’t thank him enough for his help in saving our home, I am eternally grateful.
Terrific follow up and ongoing support. Kept me informed, and was always a step ahead.
Omar has been my legal consultant for several years now, and has always been open and honest in his advise, and carries a very professional demeanor. I have found him to be very knowledgeable about many areas of law, especially bankruptcy. Also, when confronted with a case that was not his specialty, he referred me to a great firm. I recommend hiring him to anyone looking for an honest lawyer who will go the extra mile.
