I am a founding partner of The Law Offices of Brandabur, Bowling & Crehan and have been a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Ohio. My practice has a primary focus in DUI/OMVI Defense, Criminal Defense, Family Law and Personal Injury. I have successfully argued DUI/OMVI cases in most southwest Ohio County, Mayor’s and Municipal Courts including Butler County, Hamilton County, Preble County, Montgomery County and Warren County.
It is this professionalism, experience and respect of my peers that has led the Butler County Area Courts to request me to sit as an acting judge on a regular basis.
I understand that an arrest for DUI/OMVI has potential effects that exist long after the disposition of your case. For that reason, my philosophy is to give no quarter when defending against the government’s allegations. My extensive training in the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration’s field sobriety tests, my understanding of issues regarding blood, breath and urine testing and my dedication to the current trends of the law and courts provides me with the ability to leave no stone unturned when preparing a defense. In order to enhance my DUI/OMVI practice, I attend the leading state and national training seminars, maintains a database of officer’s past arrests, booking information, agency operating procedures and a networking system with other attorneys to ensure up to the minute information on policy and procedures of arresting agencies and area Courts. I also maintain a twenty four (24) hour on-call hotline to assist you through this frightening and confusing event.
I maintain the same, “Leave no stone unturned” attitude when representing clients with their family law needs. Although in family law, an in your face approach is not always in your long term best interest, I have the ability to successfully negotiate your case to a quick and favorable result when possible, but also know when to take an aggressive stance to protect your long term best interests. Whether it involves Divorce/Dissolution, Child Custody, Child Support, Anti-nuptial Agreements or a Juvenile Court matter, the key to Family Law representation is to identify the client’s goals and collect all vital information necessary to achieve those goals. Once the information is obtained, my knowledge of the law and skill with state of the art computer programs allows me to present a case that places you in the best position to have a fresh start for your future.
Personal injury is an area that should concern all people. A person’s life can change in an instant due to an injury caused by another. I will not allow your standard of living to diminish at the hands of another. My experience with Personal Injury matters will assist you in obtaining maximum compensation for damages you received due to no fault of your own.
I am licensed to practice in all Ohio and Federal Courts and am a member of the Butler County, Hamilton County, Ohio and Federal Bar Associations. Additionally, I am an active member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, The National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, DAMM Association of Southwest Ohio DUI Attorneys, The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and Class Leader of Leadership Hamilton Class Twelve.
I graduated from the University of Miami and received a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
