Description: A county director of Human Services (now Jobs and Family Services) allegedly retaliated against Glenna for exercising her first amendment right to support a matter of public importance. The alleged retaliation included unwarranted evaluations, discipline, a bogus criminal prosecution and a refusal to obey the County Commissioner's order to restore Glenna to her job when the criminal prosecution failed.
