Posted by James, a Litigation client,
He took $1000 from us to review some paperwork for a possible malpractice case. We stated up front that we wanted a written review but instead he gave us a short verbal response thru a lawyer in Kentucky that that he was working with. He was charging us several hundred dollar/hour as an expert witness. We wanted proof that he actually had read the documents and we were stonewalled. He had the gall to get angry with us when we wanted something in writting or our money returned. He is not worth 2 cents/hour. He thinks that becuse he used to work for the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Council that there is a gaurantee of quality. That's a big fat joke. Most lawyers will review a case for either a small fee or for free. Geoffrey Stern charged mt $1000 to not take my case. The public does not need money hungrey selfish prima donas like him.
