I had a very (in my opinion) complex case. I was referred to Will by my best friend, who is also an attorney. My best friend said that if he ever needed to hire an attorney to represent him, Will would be the person he would choose. After working with Will, I would agree with his sentiment. Will is very knowledgable regarding the disability/leave of absence subject. To be quite honest, when you have to go head to head with the denying party, its a bit of a chess match. In my opinion, Will is a Chess Master. The insurance companies will try to stall you out, throw at you, whatever they can to break your spirit, and try to get you to forget the whole thing. But with Will at the helm, he showed me that patience will take you far. My end result is that the insurance company finally bowed out and admitted defeat. Will was able to achieve a result with my case that had never been a resolution before. So take my suggestion and use Will. He is trustworthy, presents a great option for paying him, responds when you need him, knows the subject inside and out, and is an overall good person.
Will Driscoll did a great job keeping me informed and understood my disability and explained things to me in a way that made it easy for me to understand.
From day one of my case Will Driscoll took a personnel interest. He put me at ease. The entire process played out just as he anticipated. We settled out of court for six figures! Will Driscoll can take on insurance companies and win!
Will kept me informed, advised me and never let up until the job was done. I hope I never have to go thru it again, but if I do I will hire Will.
