Brian is an unusually capable lawyer who brings a common-sense grounding to complex matters. Experienced in the nuance of litigation practice, he also brings to bear excellent communication skills in his role as legal advisor and counselor. Undaunted by complexity, Brian sorts it all out with aplomb, cheerfulness and good humor. He enjoys his work and makes a frequently unpleasant environment at least bearable for his clients as they understand that their concerns are in the hands of a most competent and masterful professional.

My husband and I chose Brian to help us after having spoken with other attorneys. We were not pleased with the way the others did not show interest or seemed to care. Brian was willing to take our case and work with us..he actually went above and beyond. He was straight forward and totally honest that we may not be able to acheive our goals but was willing to try. He knows his job and is extremely good at it. If we ever have any other legal issues, Brian will be the first one we will call. The next question is rather hard to answer, we actually filed almost 3 years ago but just recently our case was resolved. Ours was a rather complicated case, but Brian was with us all the way. The time factor was of no fault of his, the courts have their ways. After working together, my husband and I feel as if we not only had an excellent attorney but also made a new friend. Would we recommend Brian? Definitely yes!!

I would recommend Brian to anybody. He takes the time out for you and believe me - did he over extended his job with me. Alot of hours and alot of work.Did not matter what time or day - Very trust worthy and very down to earth. You can not go wrong what so ever having him as your Lawyer!!
