Criminal Defense in Georgia and Federal Courts makes up a large portion of my practice. Adoptions and Fanily Law along with Litigation make up the balance. I am currently the City of Bainbridge, GA Solicitor - prosecuting misdemeanor cases brought by Bainbridge Public Safety.
'm not from the South, but I got here as soon as I could. Born in SLC, Ut., I moved to work in DC after graduate school to work in International Telecommunications Consulting and Wireless Telecom Industry association management. This is where I met my wife, a patent examiner at the time. We moved to Georgia (Macon) when I decided to go to law school and to be closer to her family. We moved to Bainbridge to work as a prosecutor. I resigned in 2008 to run for DInstruct Attorney. I am rooted here in the area now and we enjoy the close proximity to Gulf beaches, rivers and good friends.

I have defended a client in a court where Ryan was the prosecutor as well as seen Mr. Cleveland in action representing criminal defendants. Like myself, he is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and keeps up with changes in the legal landscape. He is a very capable lawyer and I fell comfortable referring potential clients his way.
