Defective and Dangerous Products 45%

I have handled dozens of tire defect/tread separation failure and automotive defect cases against some of the largest tire and vehicle manufacturers in the world. In addition to dozens of high profile tire failure cases including many achieving multi-million results, I have handled defective vehicle glass, vehicle stability, vehicle crashworthiness, defective seatbelt and fuel fed fire cases among others. I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients against household name defendants.

I handle auto crash cases in addition to focusing on product defect cases. I also have the experience and ability to determine if injuries caused in a vehicle crash were made worse by vehicle crashworthiness defects, an area often overlooked by other lawyers who focus solely on personal injury.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
