Carol Wilson was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Upon our meeting before the hearing she discussed what would transpire in the court room. Because of my issues, she was able to calm me down and also asked the Judge at the end if we could be dismissed due to my panic and anxiety. Sh...e was very observant and caring.
