First and foremost, I can unequivocally state that John Thresher is a honorable man. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, our company has had it's fair share of exposure to the legal process. During that period of time, we have been represented by all types of attorneys; from name partners at large regional firms to single practitioner offices. While I have been represented by a few "good" attorneys, an excellent attorney with a sense of honor is rare indeed.

I first hired John about four years ago.He was referred to me by one of my peers in my industry.I had a General contractor who was not paying me and i was afraid he was going to take advantage of me as long as he could and get rid of me. I had been in business for 36 years and had never been in this position before.I was afraid i could lose my business, they owed me a lot of money and i had spent a lot to get this job done.First John assured me i was in the right and it could take a while but i would get paid eventually as this was a bonded job.John spent a lot of time with me explaining the laws to me and the path we would have to take to get resolution. As it turned out i was right this contractor was indeed unscrupulous and employed every tactic to stall the proceedings hoping i would give up and just go away. When we finally got to mediation they actually started out saying i owed them! By the end of a very long day of negotiating they were begging me to give them a payment schedule for them to pay me instead of immediatly. The satisfaction was better than the money.I have used John since, have referred others to him and i also have him review all my contracts before i sign them,it is well worth it.In closing i would say i agree with the nickname for John that my friend who first referred me to John."The Bulldog".I would with no qualms whatsoever refer Thresher & Thresher P.A. for any of your Construction contract needs.

John J Thresher is our attorney of choice on all sinkhole and construction matters. Mr. Thresher has provided excellent legal representation for complex sinkhole cases in both the residential and commercial arenas for our company, and I strongly recommend his firm. What has separated Mr. Thresher from other law firms I have worked with in the past is his ability to navigate his clients thru the complex legal process by putting all the options you have as a client in laymen terms. This allows you as the client to understand your rights under the law and make the most cost effective decision on each and every case. I am also very impressed with his firms diligence on each case no matter the size of the case. I can count on the fact whether it is two hour or two year issue Thresher and Thresher PA will provide my company with best in class service. As the Credit and Compliance Manager for a Large Construction Company it is my job to make sure that we have the proper legal representation when needed, and the cost of the legal service is reasonable and can be explained to the companies executive management, for that reason my attorney of choice is John J. Thresher. In accordance with the rules of the website I have not provide my company name or any personal information, however should you wish to speak with me or have questions Thresher & Thresher PA. has my permission to share my information with any perspective client.
