Mr. Isaak was highly recommended to me by other attorneys in the area that also handled DUI cases. I didn't give Mr. Isaak anything to work with however he took my case. I was charged with a DUI and DUI property damage. I rear ended the back of a vehicle. Blew .208! I am 5'1" and about 115llb. My video should have been what NEVER to do if pulled over! Eilam was very knowledgable, professional and only involved me when required allowing me to leave things in his very capable hands. He always took my calls when available or returned them promptly. He is truly skilled and highly intelligent. Thank you Eilam for everything! My charges were dropped to Reckless Driving allowing me to stay home with my kids and resume my normal life. He is worth EVERY single penny! Every one. Don't waste your money on a sub par attorney. You might as well throw it in a trash can. I've heard many unsuccessful stories of other attorneys. Mr. Isaak is the best. I've done the research for you.

I was referred to Eilam by another attorney that had worked on my case, and wasn't able to get me the results I was hoping for. Eilam worked on my case for about 6 years. He was able to get the traffic stop completely thrown out, which is what the other attorney had argued, but didn't succeed. As I watched Eilam argue and fight for me in court I was amazed by his outstanding and compassionate performance. I knew from the first moment that I met him, he understood me, and what I was going through at that time in my life. He was always available if I needed him. I'll never forget what he did for me, he saved my life. He never gave up on my case, and I'm so thankful he didn't.

I received a DUI in May 2011. I had been drinking, but knew there was no possible way that I was a BAC of 1.87. I had had 2 drinks in a matter of 4 hours. I was arrested; my car towed and forced to spend 10 hours in Hillborough County Jail. Afterwards, I asked my family attorney to recommend someone. He said he had heard of Ty Trainer but was not familiar with his practice. I contacted their office and set up an appointment. I was not able to meet with Mr Trayner personally but was shuffled to his partner. He said that it looked like it would be an easy process and they would help me thru it and would contact me once they reviewed the case. I never heard anything. They immediately wanted a retainer of $3000.00. As my case came closer and closer to being presented in front of the judge, I started to do research on my own. I found that the machine I was tested on was faulty and had been having problems for days and was totally shut down the next day and sent for repairs. (of course HCSO never notified anyone of this) I made copies of everything and faxed them to my attorney asking him to please call me back ASAP (this was a Friday and my appearance was the following Monday in Court) I never heard anything. When I showed up for court, My Trayner was very unorganized, was not familiar with my case at all and even called me by the wrong name. (twice) Needless to say, I was very scared that I was being railroaded and not represented. When I went over the papers on the machine, and medical records that would explain the roadside test, he told me there was no chance that I was right. I should accept what the court was going to give and move forward with my life. I flat out refused. He said there was NO POSSIBLE way I would get it reduced or dismissed. I told him I would not accept a DUI and did not understand why he was not listening to me. This all happened in less than 10 min while court was going on. (it was my 1st and only conversation with my attorney) I was very upset and did not understand why my attorney wasn’t taking this seriously and fighting for me. When he said that he would take it to trial if I insisted, all he wanted before I left the court was a payment of $5000.00. When I was called in front of the judge, I dismissed him immediately as my attorney and asked the judge for a continuance for me to have another represent me. Less than a week later I hired Eilam Isaak from Tampa FL. His fees were more than acceptable, I trusted him immediately. He was not rushing me and was truely involved with the meeting and situaton. He was so interested in every aspect of the case, he was informative, only dealt one on one with me and was very impressed with the information I had already pulled up to assist on my case. During the process he kept me very up to date on everything that was happening. Made sure that if I didn't need to make an appearence in court, that I knew in advance. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to at all times, even to put me at ease on the smallest details. With seemingly no effort at all, ( I'm sure for him it was) He had the BAC suppressed and the charges were reduced to reckless driving with no problems at all. He was even willing to go to trial but was unsure of the outcome due to a new judge being on the bench. There was no additional fee to go to trial either. Having been almost a year now since it had all started, I accepted the plea. I never had to go to trial. I know had I hired him 1st, I would have never lost my license for 6 months and I would have been represented fairly and thoroughly. I hope I never need him again, but Mr. Isaak would be my 1st and only choice and the 1st call that I would make. I can't thank him enough.

I had an auto accident, and 2 charges associated with that accident. Mr. Isaak was able to get my charges dropped, record expunged, and basically got my life back. He was able to accommodate my constantly changing schedule, including frequent out-of-town traveling. No matter where I was, Mr. Isaak made sure I had everything taken care of. If you're in need of representation, please do yourself a favor and contact Mr. Isaak. My entire family is grateful to him.

I retained Eilam on a DUI case and couldn't have been more than pleased with the outcome. I, like many, made the stupid mistake of drinking and driving. Eilam was quick to respond and quell my fears. He answered all the questions I had and was very informative on the process. It was a lengthy one, but he did everything to get me a satisfactory result and guide me through it all. My charges were reduced and he was an excellent advisor during the proceedings. I recommend him to anyone I know in a similar difficult position. I felt very lucky to have Eilam on my side and knew that I was in the best hands.

Words cannot even begin to express how impressed I am by the way Eilam handled my case. Living under the specter of a DUI charge for over a year was emotionally trying but Eliam's courteous nature, unflappable confidence and honest belief in my innocence helped put my nerves at ease many a time. In addition to being a consummate professional in consultations, Eilam is also immensely talented inside the court room. His quick thinking and vast knowledge of current case law allowed him to run circles around the prosecutorial team and ultimately led to my charges being dismissed after just the first motion hearing. Thank you, Eilam! I remain forever indebted to you!

Words cannot begin to describe my appreciation for Mr. Isaak's efforts in resolving my case with outstanding results. I was facing my third DUI with some unique circumstances which I believe no other attorney could have handled nearly as well as Mr. Isaak. I met and even retained two other attorneys, but decided to relieve them of their duties representing me when a close friend who is also an attorney recommended I should meet with Mr. Isaak before moving forward. From the first time we spoke it was a no brainer that he and only he was the right man for the job. His confidence, expertise, and professionalism reassured me that I had made the right choice in representation. What seemed to be a nightmare with no end in sight became a fresh new beginning thanks to him. It was amazing, he handled my case in a timely fashion not by rushing or cutting corners, but by using his experience and knowlege of the system to maximize efficiency. I could go on and on, but will sum up my experience by saying that anyone who finds themselves in a position where they need a DUI defense attorney would be foolish to put their fate in anyone else's hands. Needless to say my family and I are extremely grateful for his efforts and thank God every day that we were recommended to such a talented professional. With this review I hope to help others in choosing to hire Mr. Isaak to represent them and express my everlasting gratitude for his efforts regarding my case.

Eilam's confidence and ability to always seem in control calmed the nerves of a distraught daughter. After lengthy delays, Eilam demonstrated his knowledge of the law as well as an ability to dominate the courtroom. As was his goal from the outset of the case, he was able to get a total dismissal of charges on his first motion to the court. Most impressive was his total command of the case law and his ability to present it. But not far behind was his concern for the welfare of my daughter...which began before we even hired him. I would recommend him for any case and any situation.

Eilam Isaak is the attorney to hire for his expertise in his field. He is a steadfast rock. Eilam will handle your file as if he were dealing with his own life. He has the prerequisite knowledge base and stays current daily with Florida Law Weekly. Prosecuting and representing DUI clients is a highly specialized field these days with all the advocacy groups to contend with. Eilam graciously lifts this burden from you.
On a personal note, I could write a novel, Eilam, but suffice to say I am so grateful. Thank you. My thanks, also to Charles Arline, for referring.
