First, It should be noted that I contacted Jeff quite late at night & he himself picked up his phone & made himself available to me. He listened to my entire story at night. He did not rush me or interrupt. He made sure he listened to my full story in its entirety before speaking. He told me exactly ...how he could act swiftly for me to terminate the problem and also gave me other potential issues and problems that could arise and how he would also handle those If they did arise. He was extremely patient in answering all my many, many questions... extremely knowledgeable about how to help me with my issue, as well as very professional, giving me an incredible amount of his time. All of this even before I hired him. Additionally he was willing to negotiate on his fee for me Because I requested help, and he even gave me free advice about how I could & should handle things for myself even if I did not end up hiring him. I cannot express the level of caring je showed me, a complete stranger who had not even yet even hired him. If you're stressed over a problem I recommend calling Jeff for instant relief, information and legal help. I cannot even express how comforting speaking to Jeff has been. I would say I have never talked to a lawyer this compassionate, straightforward, informative and patient. Jeff gave me a ridiculous amount of his time and promptly got back to me, giving me all the information on answering every single one of my questions, and then some. He even encouraged me to call him if I had any further questions or issues.. all before I even hired him. I felt extremely confident trusting him to take care of my issues and I would only want to use his legal services in the future. 10 stars for giving me so much time and effort. 10 stars for being professional, reliable, informative & helpful and 10 stars because Jeff is simply amazing.
