Outcome: Final Preparation of Estate Planning Documents

Description: Client referred through Legal Aid Society to prepare "simple will". In addition to will, I consulted client on various estate planning tools and prepared a Living Will, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, and Springing Power of Attorney.
