Scott has been with my case from the very beginning. He has helped calm my fears with my DUI charge, and case. He explained everything and didn't sugar coat any of the possibilities for what might have happened. He is not only understanding but extremely hard working and dedicated to his job. Being from out of state and having what happened happen it was nice to know I have a lawyer who I can count on and trust.

Scott Berry made my experience dealing with the courts as painless as possible. I only met with him and his partner on one occasion and was reassured that the case was in good hands. Excellent communication utilizing a wide array of media, I always knew exactly what was going on with the case and the strategy he and his partner Dan Marshall were approaching the court with.
He said he would get it done, and he did!

Scott is an outstanding attorney. He met with me within one day of my contact. I hired him to help my son through a DUI. He worked with both of us for a solid resolution.
