Mark Stephen Lowry

In my experience with Mark Lowry he was extremely rude and unprofessional with the way he talked down to me, and treated me. I felt like he took advantage of me, and that in my opinion he did an awful job! I felt like he referred my case to another attorney to primarily handle just so that he could e...arn an ongoing hourly referral fee off of me, for basically doing nothing, rather than handling this the proper way, and just having me go to another attorney without having to pay extra money just to cover Lowry's worthless referral fee! Which in hindsight, made me feel like he ripped me off! The bottom line is based on my experience with Mark Lowry he was ineffective to put it nicely, very rude and unprofessional, and he took advantage of me in my opinion. Based on this unfortunate experience, I would not refer Mark Lowry to my worst enemy!!!

The outcome of my case, as grey in nature as it was to predict, could not have been better for myself. He deflected attempts to damage my reputation, kept my career on the rails through appeals and motions to waive unfair restrictions preliminarily placed on me prior to any hearings, and solidified my sanity through the judicial process that the everyday person is completely unaware of the intricacies therein....but not Mark Lowry--you can tell his has savvy experience in dealing with such a vast array of clientele gave way that my situation, as daunting as it was to me, was secondhand schoolwork for him. The tact and intellect that Mark Lowry exemplifies in his day-to-day dealings with clients, opposition, and the court is second to none in Broward County. Whatever the quote may be, there is no price to maintaining one's liberty, independence, and freedom from the scrutiny of the legal system. Find a way to make it work to have Mark Lowry in your corner.

Mr. Lowry is an outstanding professional who knows the law and patiently walks you through the expectations. He is an incredibly good communicator, and patient.
