Kenneth Padowitz didn't save me once but four times from going to prison! When all odds where against me even the judge Ken put his foot down and went above and beyond what any other attorney would have done. All my charges are fellony with a judge that doesn't do second chances. Ken made that possible! Again I had four violations of probation with judge Destry and the last one was DISMISSED all due to the effort that ken put into my case! Now I'm home with my family and have every reason to do the right thing! I'm so blessed for God to have put Kenneth Padowitz into my life!! Thank you Ken for going above and beyond anyone else!

Certain things happen for a reason, and finding Ken was one of them. I cannot begging to explain what you have giving back to me by fighting for my little family as it was your own. You gave me life back! There was many times where I lost hope and felt as if things where turning for the worst. But you always asked us to believe in you and to trust that you where going to do everything in your power to get us the best deal. And that's exactly what you did! Thank you ken thank you for your countless hours of hard work and effort you put into our case. You are the true definition of a lawyer and my three children are very lucky daddy had a man like you fight for him. Sincerely your clients wife :)

First I want to say I was extremely impressed by Kenneth Padowitz resume on Avvo and compared him to all the other lawyers on this site with a 10 rating. He has been a professor in Law School and has a deep resume when compared to other attorneys. Just compare for yourself and you will see what I mean.
We picked Mr. Padowitz after seeing 5 other lawyers. He was the only one who gave us the assurance that there wouldn't be any open ended fees regarding the case. The other lawyers we talked to all scared us senseless and didn't commit to a contract with a fixed price. With Mr. Padowitz, there were no surprises and he was very straight forward.
Kenneth Padowitz was extremely accessible and always had an open door attitude any time we had questions. I even accidently called Kenneth at 1 am by mistake and he called me be back to confirm everything was ok.
During the case he always gave us step by step details and was very comforting during our time in stress. At court dates, he was always on time and was always ready for the prosecutors.
I would recommend him for anyone who needs an experienced Criminal Defense trial attorney for serious charges. He was worth every penny and I sleep good at night knowing if needed, my criminal defense lawyer is one of the best in South Florida.
Also, on a side note, I did see Mr. Padowitz several times on MSNBC giving interviews about other cases in the news. It felt good seeing my Defense Lawyer on TV giving advice to Journalist regarding cases that were on their show.

I had three outstanding felony warrants from the early ninites that finally caught up to me. Ken Padowitz came highly recommended to me by my sister a civil trial lawyer. I spoke with Ken over the phone or by email because I live in another state , it took along time for the prosecutor to locate all the paperwork but Ken never gave up pushing them to resolve the cases. He got my probation reinstated and then dismissed, the very best I could hope for.

My son was recently arrested for his 2nd VOP, our hopes were dim, but Ken never gave up, Ken is a fighter, an attorney you can trust. He knows what he is doing and stands firm on it. My son was facing prision, but let me tell you, Ken was not going to give up, he fought for my son's freedom and thanks to his knowledge and experience in the field, my son was reinstated to probation. ONCE AGAIN KEN, THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

2 years ago, I was arrested for Battery on a law enforcement officer and Resisting arrest with violence. I was facing serious criminal charges that could potentially ruin my personal and professional future. Thankfully, Mr. Padowitz believed in me from the start and fought for me. He knew every detail of my case and was completely prepared for a trial. I wanted justice and kept leaning towards trial. Even though my case was very strong and he knew that he could win, he never pressured me into anything. He always presented my options and made sure that I was aware of the possible risks of a jury trial. As scared as I was to go to trial, I held strong and even turned down 2 plea offers. The day before my trial, the prosecutor agreed to completely drop both of my felony charges! I truly believe that this outcome was only possible because of Ken Padowitz. Thank you so much for everything!!

Back in the 80's I was involved in a large scale cocaine distribution ring. Although I was guilty of the charges the sentence that I received was greatly increased due to the incompetence of the attorneys that I hired. I spent over 20 years in prison. I worked in law libraries through out the state and federal correctional systems. During that time I had daily interaction with numerous attorneys in the state and federal systems. Attorneys that I hired or attorneys that other inmates hired and that I worked with on their cases. For the most part I found them to be incompetent and useless. I now represent myself on a daily basis in foreclosure court and I routinely destroy lawyers who show up unprepared and ignorant of how to practice law. Several months ago I found myself involved in an incident that led to my arrest on new drug charges. I was confident that the State would not be able to convict me of the charges but I was aware that just being arrested could violate my Supervised Release from federal prison. I initially retained the services of another high profile attorney here in Broward County. I clearly explained to that attorney that I was going to be a terrible client. Because of my legal knowledge and experience I would require that I be intimately involved in the case and that I would have to personally review and approve all pleadings filed in the case. The attorney agreed to those terms and then filed documents without my review or approval. I immediately retained Ken Padowitz. It was the best legal decision I have ever made. Ken not only allowed me to be intimately involved in the case by letting me approve all of the pleadings prior to filing, but he kept me informed about progress on the case and developments as they happened. He developed an incredible defense plan and deployed it perfectly. He was able to get the case dismissed in the initial stages and ameliorate the effect on my federal supervision. His knowledge of the legal system, criminal defense, and strategy are second to none. His professionalism and abilities are outstanding. His many years in the State Attorney's office give him relationships that other attorneys simply cannot compete with. So if you need an attorney, hire Ken.

If you are a man, arrested for domestic violence like I was, it is imperative that you understand the system is completely stacked against you. You could,(MOST LIKELY WILL )be arrested, imprisoned, tried and essentially convicted before anyone even hear's your side of the story. Because the system is absolutely hyper leveraged against men, it is absolutely imperative that you hire a competent attorney at all cost. Don't be fooled by any false notions that your wife could recant her story, file an affidavit to drop the charges or any other such nonsense. At this point, "the truth has nothing to do with it." The state is in control and they don't care whether you're innocent or not. They dont care whether your wife lied on the police report or not. The system is going to eat you. In my opinion, you should immediately hire Ken Padowitz esq. This is no time to mess around with a 2nd rate lawyer from the Yellow Pages. More than likely, the system will put a GPS tracking device on your foot, kick you out in the street and without a top-notch lawyer like Mr. Padowitz you'll probably end up losing your job. The state attorney's office/penal system is like a great black hole. People go in and without an extremely experienced, well-connected attorney, they don't come out. One of my best friends, is a Dade County circuit Judge and he recommended I hire Ken Padowitz. The fact that a judge recommended Mr. Padowitz to me speaks volumes about his competency. An attorney of this caliber will not come cheap but I was surprised that his prices were only slightly higher than unknown 2nd rate attorneys. There was no phony lawyer B.S. with this guy. He is extremely upfront, lucid, and direct about everything. The only peace of mind I've had during the past few months, was the moment hired Mr. Padowitz as my attorney. If you ever find yourself with an unfortunate legal problem I would recommend you do the same!
