My bancruptcy case was not properly handled. Now, I have to look for another lawyer because he did a very unprofessional work and my situation now is worst than it was before.

My accident occured on February, 2012; i was very satisfied with this office. I understood that these types of cases are a process since i was badly hurt i had to seek treatment. i went to my general doctor after i suffered pain and discomfort and also went to a specialist for my back. The secretaries at their office kept me well informed through email (since i was never available to be on the phone) and also i met my lawyer and other lawyers in the Law office which is sometimes uncommon.

This is not a consumer centered attorney. His staff is rude and treat you disrespectfully and seem to always have a bad day. If a consumer is not careful, you will meet with "legal assistants" in place of an attorney but you pay attorneys fees. Before you sign a contract, please ask to take it home to review it carefully to see if all is right. Do not give them any money until you have had a formal consultation with the attorney NOT a paralegal, and all your questions are answered by the attorney, NOT a paralegal. If you see any red flags raise, pay attention and keep looking elsewhere until you have done your research, read reviews by former clients, because once you start spending your money, your calls are not returned and your emails are not answered.
