First let me start by saying that he doesn't handle your case himself,and when you call to try and talk to him directlly you get the run around. I called and hired his law firm for overtime pay issue's, and was oppointed another lawyer not him who to me was the worst lawyer i've delt with .originally i was told that it was a easy win case so i hired them. it made my life a living hell. after my employer recieved a letter from them everything went wrong.to make this story short after about six month's of this hell i was living i was told that we had no case. in other words they said it was an easy win case just so i would sing up with them without even nowing if they wuold be able to win my case. and at they end all they could say was were sorry you dont have a case.

I had a good experience with the office. Calls are not really returned right away or at all but you can always speak with the Customer Service Dept. I was always helped and the two ladies I spoke with each time were very kind. Overall, I would recommend you use Mr. Rubenstein because he gets the job done.

I was extremely satisifed with the outcome of my case. His firm walked me through the entire process and I was very pleased with the customer service in his office. I highly recommend this attorney to serve you.
