Not only jim was easy to talked to, but he advised us very well and got us what was right. He was caring, easy to reach out, he was on our case from A to Z. This Attorney has alot of Bark but no bite to see the case through to trial. Took our case on a contingency than when it came time to get to trial, tried to convince me to take the first “lowball”offer the defendants offered, so he could make a quick buck without having to do any work. When I disagr...eed, decided he was going to unilaterally re-write the terms of his representation agreement, so that I would have to pay all fees going forward...totally disreputable! Stay away! This is not a firm that has the deep pockets to fight for you and get your case to trial!
