I hired Val to handle my divorce. It was battle, and Val made it painless. He is the trustworthy, and reliable. He went above and beyond for me. I would use him again in a heart beat, and I recommend him and his daughter to anyone who is looking for a painless divorce.

I used this attorney based on a referral. When I first hired Val Osinski he told me everything I wanted to hear. After he was hired he basically did nothing but show up for the court dates. He did not prep me pre trial and basically did do anything him self to prepare for the case. I gathered all the paperwork and handed it to him the day of the trial, and we basically lost the case because he had no idea of the evidence we had. STAY AWAY FROM VAL OSINSKI!

He was never prepared for our hearings, and constantly advised me against taking action or refuting my ex-wife's claims. It was clear that he was hoping for a divorce that was nothing but simple paperwork.
