I hired Mr. Deans as my divorce attorney to help navigate me through a very traumatic period in my life. After 17 years of marriage, and with two children, I was facing a significant event on my life. Mr. Deans, knowing this was my first entry into this complex and detailed divorce law process, took ...the time during our first meeting to really listen to me and expressed genuine concern for not myself, but for my family, which I deeply appreciated. During the entire process, Mr. Deans was always responsive, attentive to detail, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all current litigation and new statutes that had a positive or negative impact on my specific divorce situation. That level of expertise and attention to detail that gave me the trust and confidence, despite the multiple clients that Mr. Deans was supporting, that he was focused and committed to my case as his client. Mr. Deans was always available for me during and after working hours, and he was also very accommodating and flexible as it related to the payments for his services. Some specific instances during my case that stand out in my mind included the new case ruling in florida that stipulated that if the two spouses out a fixed alimony amount with no changes to be made, then if the wife remarries during the alimony period, then the husband still had to pay alimony. Because of Mr. Deans knowledge of that case precedent that my wife's attorney had no knowledge of, we were able to obtain a signed amendment protecting my interests in not paying future alimony if she were to remarry. Furthermore, my wife stated to have me take out an insurance policy for the alimony payments in the event I were to die, which she said was mandatory in florida. Thomas was right there again advising and guiding me every step of the way to prevent my good nature from getting the best of me. Mr. Deans and his legal assistant, Jennifer Fernandez put my interests first and were instrumental in completing my divorce settlement to my highest satisfaction. Here's the deal, you can't go into an attorney's office and not expect to pay some $$. If you want to get legal help, then you better be ready to throw down. Now, you also get one hell of an education through the process, but I must tell you results do not come quick-so be very patient-please, and A...LWAYS do your own homework, write questions down before you have your attorney talk to you.....THOMAS DEANS is straight to the point and very educated on the law and possibilities for your case---My biggest problem was wanting results right NOW or ASAP, but any attorney is only able to move as fast as his counterparts-I.E. the courts offices and by the way his paralegal is awesome and professional as well. My help to give me patience was seeking GOD and working on myself to be a better person and all turned out as GOOD AS IT GETS!!! I'm very happy and satisfied with their services, so I have no choice BUT to recommend him. Go for it-take a chance but remember the advice I laid down for you and all will be fine...

I hired this lawyer last year he didn't do nothing for me and he knows that I don't have a lot and only working part time. The first time you meet with him his very nice but after you hire him as lawyer OMG everything change including her stuff, his not compassion, they don't inform you about your ...case. His hard to reach. And my case is very simple we have one kid and no property no house no car basically for good lawyer this nothing, but he drag the all thing so that he can used my $2500 fee and then some .Be aware of this lawyer I strongly not recommend this lawyer unless you have a lot of money to waste....
