Mr. Mendez was patient and supportive during a very long hard struggle that lasted two years. He always encouraged me and never gave up on my case. His office staff was courteous and always responded to my needs. I was very lucky to have found an attorney like Mr. Mendez at a time when I most needed a professional who had the knowledge and perseverance to take on and complete this most difficult case.

I was facing possible deportation and obviously very distraught. Mr. Mendez talked with me repeatedly and worked with my very small budget. I consulted with a few other lawyers before I choose him. He was able to put me at ease and his knowledge of immigration law was very impressive. There were a couple of times that I left him a message and he didn't get back, but after a few visits/phone calls, he and his staff came to know me and my daughter by name. That made me feel like they actually cared. I do recommend Mr. Mendez :)

I was facing removal and was very scared, this was a matter that occured in 2002, we had our first consultation with Mr. Mendez and both myself and husband were terrified, I have been married for over 5-years and didn't know I was in removal status until I applied for my citizenship, we contacted Mr. Mendez and from the first meeting, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, he assured us that everything will be alright and that we will spend the rest of our lives together, I really do not like lawyers, but for some strange reason and feelings I felt with Mr. Mendez, made things just easier to accept. He believes in God and that helped us believed in him. At the end of the hearing, and the Judge rendered his decision, my daughter said, "I Told You he was the Best" meaning Mr. Mendez, he did just what he told us he was going to do for us, "WIN OUR CASE". I thank God for putting Mr. Mendez in our lives and for the great work he has done for my family. Thank you Mr. Mendez.

Mr.Mendez was very positive, assuring, detailed lawyer. I felt as he was treating as a family member or a good friend. His paralegal Lucia was also wonderful and kept me informed and up to date constantly. I would recommend him for any immigration case!
