I retained Eric J. Dirga, PA for the red light camera traffic ticket I received in Orlando, Florida late last year after looking around at a few other places online. It looked like his firm would pay more attention to me than some of the larger volume ticket firms. Good thing I did, I just got the news today that my ticket has been completely dismissed! I would definitely recommend him!

Dismissed my red light camera ticket in Orlando. Definitely go to this guy. Other companies go to court and plea no-contest for you so you still get stuck with a fine and school or even worse, points. He did a lot of work and created a precedent on this red-light camera non-sense. I think he went back and forth to court about three times for this case. Reliable guy.

Recently I received a letter stating that my licensed would be revoked for five years due to being a habitual traffic offender(dwls). After hearing the news I contacted the dmv which to my surprise told me the order would stand and nothing could be done to have it removed. Recently I have had to go through one of the toughest times of my life. To make a long story short I was considered to be a Habitual Traffic Offender which in turn jeopardized my license in being revoked for 5 yrs. I had no clue as of what to do and felt like someone yanked my heart right out of me. I was searching for an attorney whom I can confide in with my life and something told me to talk to Eric Dirga. I went in for a consultation and from the first second I met this man I felt I was on the right track. He's a great humbled person and did not paint any pictures for me or beat around the busch. He was very honest with me. Most lawyers are extremely cocky and arrogent and I gag at thought of being talked up for my hard earned money. I had an HTO designation on my license and thought it would be impossible to get my license back! I found out who the BEST Traffic lawyer for Suspended licenses was in the state and Florida and ERIC DIRGA was it! In just 3 short months, I had 4 of my 6 Driving of a Suspended licenses changed!!! I thought I would never get a license again and was scared of driving! Eric and his Assistant Kasey lead me in the right direction! We went to court where my charges were completely DISMISSED!! NO FINES, NO COSTS, NOTHING! He even worked with an out of state ticket to have it removed from my record! I am a legal Driver NOW! He took care of all my court appearances prior, was professional, and went above and beyond my expectations!

If you get a ticket Eric Dirga is the man to call! Very professional, all I had to do was turn my case over to him...No taking off of work to plead "not guilty" only to have to go back again for a your trial date. He takes care of everything!! To my relief, for the first time I needed representation for traffic tickets, I found a very competent, reliable & trustworthy attorney in Eric Dirga & his assistant, Kasey. Kasey is ace with her communications and Attorney Dirga successfully represented my case. No points assessed for two tickets, one completely dismissed. I hope to not need an attorney again in the future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to contact Attorney Dirga.

I have worked with Eric Diga and his staff for a total of 3 cases now and I wouldn't dream of hiring another lawyer to represent me. I completely trust this firm with my life! This firm is not only professional and knowledgeable but caring as well. During one of my cases I did not have transportation nor did I have a cell phone and I was still able to communicate efficiently about my case, court dates, and any information that was required of me. Communication is so important and thats one thing I can truly commend this firm on. I was never felt like I was out of the loop. I am so thankful to have been reffered to Eric Dirga. I hope my feedback will be taken as constructive criticism and used as a means to improve (although given office demands may not be practical). The areas where I thought service was less than excellent was in the area of communication. Although I was kept informed about changes to my court date, I expected some form of contact prior to the court date to discuss the paths the case may take. Although my case was dismissed and I was ecstatic, I did not get that communication until the day after the hearing. Also, when I emailed the legal assistant to find out why the case was dismissed I did not get a response. I called the office 1.5 days later and I was satisfied with the responsiveness at that point.

Mr Dirga and his assistant Kasey were wonderful. They were pleasant, and very efficient in helping me get my HTO revocation modified. With the representation of Eric Dirga PA, my case was dismissed in court, in a county where "giving breaks" doesn't happen. Being a holder of a CDL that was very important to me.
