Biography
A lifelong Floridian, Attorney Thomas L. Edwards has dedicated his career to defending Florida’s criminally accused. As a partner of the Law Offices of Edwards & Jones, Mr. Edwards has represented numerous people facing criminal charges in Florida’s criminal justice system. He takes an aggressive yet thoughtful and results-driven approach to every case, fighting tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights.
Mr. Edwards holds a B.S. from the University of Florida. He was selected by the University of Florida as the first student to participate in a combined criminology and law program, from which he graduated in 1986 with his master’s degree and his Juris Doctor. Today, he is an active member of several legal organizations, including the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the James C. Adkins Jr. American Inn of Court.
