Description: Defendant John Doe was charged with two (2) separate Sexual Battery charges involving two (2) complaining witnesses combined into one case. We were denied a twelve (12) person jury and proceeded to trial in the late 1990's with a petit six (6) person jury composed entirely of women. The case lasted almost an entire week, involved numerous witnesses, and resulted EDIT: The Florida Supreme Court has ruled that representative case results may not be posted on the Internet. Thus, we have the technologically dumbest Supreme Court in the nation. A quarter of a century after the invention of email, and more than a decade and a half after the invention of the Internet, they decide to regulate the Internet like it is 1999. The ability to write or send an email, or surf the web does not render our justices as anywhere near competent enough to regulate the Internet - and they clearly do not know what they are doing.
