    Yes, an out of state divorce final judgment can be enforced and evenmodified in Florida, but you are required to be a Florida resident.If children arepart of this enforcement/modification, theyneed to be Floridaresidents as well.

    No, you are not considered legally divorced in Florida if you marriage was annulled. It is as if you marriage never occurred.
