William J. Scott has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1986 and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, He went to law school at the University of Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. His practice involves the litigation of serous personal injury cases, including medical malpractice; nursing home injuries; and injuries from defective products, negligent security at apartment complexes, schools, and businesses. Mr. Scott has successfully litigated cases against Ford Motor Company, Firestone Tire Company, and other large corporations. He has tried numerous cases and handled numerous appeals in both Florida and Georgia. His office is located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida.
