The law firm of Malcolm Anthony saved my life! They took a DUI charge with a car crash and also property damage somehow got it reduced to a reckless driving with no charges!!! Amazing! I am so glad that I picked there law firm! They where beyond great and made the worst experience of my life the best! Thank you Malcolm Anthony's law firm!

Mr. Anthony is awesome, very straight forward and professional. Was able to get all 3 of my husbands cases dismissed with ease. I was arrested for a DUI on a Saturday at 2:00am. I was mortified and shaken, but I called Malcolm and got voicemail. At 4:00am, an officer told me Malcolm had called and that he would be there for my hearing in the morning. He saved me.

A few days later, we met at his office and he explained what I was facing and how the law pertains to my case. His knowledge of the law totally put me at ease. I felt like I was in good hands.

Our case was set to go to trial and I was present at the Jury Selection. Malcolm really took command and had a strategy for selecting each jury member.

He felt confidant based on my video that the jury would return a "not guilty" verdict, but was honest about the consequences if I was found guilty.

The case never went to trial. Against Malcolm's advice I changed my plea and accepted the minimums.

I've known Malcolm for many years and thought I would never need the services of a criminal defense attorney. Until I did.

I have hired Malcolm for all my legal needs in Florida, and believe me I've had my fair share. I came to Malcolm with a major problem. I only had one shot at hiring a good lawyer. My money was limited and my charges were serious. I had tried to find a cheap lawyer in St. Augustine and ended up wasting $2500 because I was mislead about his ability to handle the case and lied to about the overall price. Instead, because i chose Malcolm, I didnt lose my license for even one day. Once again the charges were dropped and I was on my way with no problems! I was truely amazed. Malcolm handeled my DUI charge in St. Johns Co., FL. Although the case took close to 10 months to resolve (which he'd previously told me it could), he and his staff kept me well informed as to what I needed to do pre-trail (dui school, counseling, etc.) which has saved me time and money in the long run. Most importantly though, Malcolm kept me from having to go through a trial and got my DUI charge reduced to a straight reckless driving charge.

I have used Malcolm Anthony twice in the last 8 years and in both cases, I was very pleased with the outcome. Both situations were DUI arrest and both cases were dropped to wreckless, a much better situation. he picks apart the case and pays attention to all the details - which makes a big difference in successfully defending the case. The first case we easily got rid of in 2.5 months with a technicallity only Malcolm could spot. The 2nd was more complex and took a year but in the end we won............Bottom line...........I have no Duis on my record and I did NO JAIL time. Thank God for Malcolm. I highly reccommend him.
