I was extremely disappointed after a case was settled and I spoke to the opposing party. I was informed about his blatant lack of communication after vigorous efforts by the party's attorney. Communication with me was fair, at best. The opposing party expressed that his decision making regarding settlement was changed due to frustration. In other words. Mr. Roper costs a lot more money than he saves, based on my experience. Party to party communication is key when dealing with workers' compensation.
