Worked with me through my claim and helped to get me the money that I deserved. Explained the process well and answered all questions I had about my case. Staff was helpful and did what they said they would.

He never responds to any phone calls or email, letters. He has rescheduled my hearing so far four times. The only contact I have is with his so called secretaries whom know nothing when you ask any questions. I think He should be brought before the board of reviews. He has not scheduled one appointment with any doctors. I have done all the work.
He and his assistant are like in the clouds, I beleive they do even know what day of the week it is. He NEVER returns a phone call nor responds to a email, act as he is ABOVE you and lets you know it.
Very Knowledgeable but very rude and arrogant. When you ask questions he acts as if you do not need to know, Works at a snails pace, takes so far over 2 months just to file for a change of phyician, and still waiting, My suggestion find a different firm one with less clients, I beleive that is the main problem is that he is overwhelmed with clients.
He's very disorientated when it comes to re-reviewing a case that's already been on file which he should be very fond of. He doesn't correspond back with his clients in a timely manner like he suppose to. He totally let the claims adjusters dimantle my case and let the cut my benifits off. He's not a man of his words nor do he follow his actions.
